Gas Introduction
The deuterium gas purity can reach 5N, and the deuterium isotope abundance is more than 2N8. It is mainly used for integrated circuit heat treatment and anti-aging annealing treatment in the field of optical fiber manufacturing to improve the anti-hydrogen aging capability.
Use: heat treatment, anti aging treatment of optical fiber
Main application areas: Integrated circuits (LOGIC/3D NAND), optical fibers. Deuterium gas, also known as heavy hydrogen, is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic, and flammable gas at room temperature and pressure. It is a stable isotope of ordinary hydrogen.
It contains 0.0139% to 0.0157% hydrogen in typical water. Its chemical properties are exactly the same as ordinary hydrogen.
But due to its high quality, the reaction speed is slower. Mainly used for special light bulbs, nuclear research, deuterium accelerators for bombarding particles, tracers, and 1-3% D2+N2 mixed gas for low water peak fiber processing.
Applied in the electronics industry such as semiconductors and solar cells.
